Refunds Policy

Rehearsals

If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within one day of receiving the product to be eligible to return it. Any request to return the product after the mentioned time period will not be accepted.
We do not accept manual returns. You will need to send the device to the address we send you and cover the shipping cost.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your package arrived, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If the item is not collected from the collection point within 14 business days and the shipment is returned. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping in full
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (do not remove tags or wash the item). It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from return, non-returnable items:
greeting cards
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if made)
After your return request is reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If you're approved, your refund will go through, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you are sending an item over 18 USD , you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
